The uFarm explores a space for IIT student food production and provides social gathering space with the community. This retrofit and revamp of an existing space brought new life to an abandoned school project. Crop production techniques relied on architectural principals for efficiency of space, followed through even into the Miesian inspired corner detail of the planter beds.
